After a five-year anti-immigrant campaign waged by Governor Susana Martinez, the battle over driver’s licenses now appears to be over. On February 15, 2016, the New Mexico Legislature passed a compromise bill, House Bill 99 (or HB 99), that Governor Susana Martinez has indicated she will sign.
